From my report I was shown to value working with others, yet I am more productive when I work alone. I will be more productive in a small group when I can exercise my own strengths. I prefer to complete tasks with an authority in an old fashion kind of way.

Generally I do not need motivation to complete a task. I complete my work with structure and order, but i am able to change my way of work to complete and assignment.
