Reflection:This should be added to educational methodology courses to teach instructors the capabilities.
Teachers in US don't know about MOOCS. (Allen and Seaman, 2014)
Reflection: I didn't know about this until now. Someone told me about it in the past but I didn't think it would become anything and fell off my radar.

Reflection: Increasing the the learning community will increase innovative teams to continue to improve and expand the MOOCS. Innovative teams may need to come from experienced learners.

Reflection:More studies will need to be on how this will impact the teaching profession. Are instructors going to be expected to teach more students for a reduced rate of pay due to the "free" education?

Reflection:Are instructors not using the MOOCS because of the fear of devaluation in their skills-How do instructors perceive this option of "free" education? Is it a job threat?
