      - The material learned in EM203 can all be interconnected... Knowledge grown in one area can be applied in another and used throughout the entire network
      - Our class has no physical, classroom, set structure or hierarchy
    - - Constructivism: learnings are not 'constructed' in an intentional matter in EM203... Instead, they grow naturally as we explore interconnected topics
      - Behaviourism: rewards & punishments are not the drivers of learning in EM203
      - Cognitivism: the learner does not gain knowledge in an online course on dynamic topics by first remembering, then understanding, then applying, then analyzing, etc...
