Assessment Concept Map
ASQ-3 (24 months)
Communication
If the child can correctly identify a picture. Can child say 2-word sentences. Can child listen to directions and then do what is told.Can child correctly identify objects. Can child form 3 word sentences. Can child correctly use two words of identification(I,me, you)
Personal Socail
Does the child drink out of a cup and then place it down with very little spills.Does the child copy activities that you do(such as cleaning up a spill or cleaning the table) Does the child use a fork. When playing with a stuffed animal or doll does the child pretend to feed it, change it etc) Does the child push objects around the house such as a stroller. Steering it around an object and out of corners. Does the child say I or me more then they call themselves by their name
Problem Solving
After drawing a straight line from the top of the paper to the bottom does the child do the same thing. After a cheerio is placed into a bottle does the child turn the bottle upside down to try and get it out. Does the child make pretend objects( such as using a bottle as a cellphone) Does the child put away toys where the belong. Does the child use another object to reach something when they are not tall enough to reach it. (such as a child using a chair to get a book of the top shelf When the child is watching line up 4 objects once done does te child do the same thing
Fine motor
Can the child get a spoon in their mouth with the right side of the spoon up. Can the child turn the pages of a book my their self. Can child use turning motion( such as opening a door) Can the child turn on and off a light switch. Can the child stack at least 7 blocks on top of each other. Can the child string small things such as beads onto a string or shoelace.
Gross Motor
Can the child walk downstairs. When you kick a ball does the child then try to do the same thing. Can the child walk up or down at least 2 stairs. Can the child run well and is able to stop without running into things. Can the child jump with both feet leaving the floor. Can the child kick a ball with swinging foot forward and not falling.

PPVT
The child has four pictures in front of them. They are then told one of the pictures and they have to point the one that is called out. The child will be asked some that they know and others they will not know. They are to use their best guess.
EVT
The child is shown a picture/ The person giving the test will ask them a question that goes along with the picture. It may be what is the person in this pictures occupation. They could also be asked to give me another word for this picture. For example, they may see a picture of a cook and they are asked for another word for the cook. They would say a chief or whatever is the same thing as a cook
