Q9 Myth: what I say goes, I don't need a vision or a plan.
Reality: ecommerce is definitely a team sport, you need to be an excellent communicator and above all else a team player.
How can business leaders make sure they get out of the teams way? / IE..Realise their egos are a problem. Any tips to help them realise the truth? ( many of them will be listening!)
This was a pet hate of mine when at the agency. You listen and listen hard, but so many clients just refuse to follow your advice or listen to what your skills and expertise can contribute. The irony is they don't have the answers which is why they often call you in in the first place!

Q4 Myth: your website doesn’t convert into maximum sales because the product pages take longer than 1 second to load.
Reality: speed matters, but it's too easy to focus on a high level statistics and well talked about topics like site speed. The real problem might not be your site speed, your sales conversions problems might be related to a different area, away from your product page.
Couple of examples I've seen : Wrong crowd for the product / Particular device or browser version problem blocking conversion / Just not walking in your customers shoes
