- We add the rework: if at some point of the process you think that something doesn't respect the acceptance criteria, you can rework by yourself to fix the problem
- Generalist/Specialist: by having one of two special skill, you are T-Shape people since you can do more things then your special skills, even you make them explicit or show them to others. We simulate that in this way: every two stiky notes processed by you, you can do an action taken by one your colleague in the team
