- - - - Firstly, need to clarify the subject matter. In this case, is ethics. So there are ethical values (ideals and Maqasid) and ethical decisions (which is the application to the real world.)
      - Ethics such as Justice, equality, honesty and so on. For instance, Justice is the same in every places and time. What matters is that, the application of these varies with certain legal rights, responsibilities that has to be taken into account.
      - There are also some 'acts of worship' that should not be the subject to change. For instance, forbidding certain actions such as drinking alcohol, gambling usury and so on is stated on the Islamic scripture.

      - Terrorism train their followers to a specific principles of morality and spiritually, albeit in different ways and various expressions.
