Hatchet is about a boy named Brian Robeson he is 13 years old. He was on a plane to go see his father because his parents are divorced because of a "secret". During his plane ride the pilot was having pain but then the pilot had a heart attack while he was flying the plane. Brian didn't know what to do. But then he started to drive it While he was flying the ran out of fuel. Then he had to crash the plane in a L shaped lake where he survived.
