Friday
Food: Breakfast Eggs and cheese sasauge , Lunch currey chicken and veggies, Dinner Hamburger and chips. 2 bottels of wine :red_cross:

Excersise: Walk to shoping and back with backpack - walked next to promonadae - Glen Garrif Up - very hectic
