External Motivators: To study medicine just because your parents told you so or because of the tradition.
Internal Motivators: Study psychology in order to satisfy yourself with the knowledge of human behavior.
When Work is not Work: To feel pleased being a doctor because you help people and you don't care about the shifts.

FEAR
To fear about obstacles in the way like lack of money, failure or loss and not being able to take action.
Fear of rejection: When someone rejects your idea in a project and then you don't want to try again.
Fear of Inadequacy: You don't feel capable enough to do something because you are not that talented.
Power of Vulnerability: You´re not able to respond when you're in the doctor waiting for important results.
