I like the example he gives in his book. I am constantly turning the plug over to figure out which way it will fit as the larger side is very subtly larger. Or flipping light switches wondering what that one controls if no light turns on (usually an outlet somewhere in the room, but not obvious). However, I will say that he gives so many examples, even briefly, that it is difficult to come up with a topic for the paper. Though if we are coming up with the same ideas five years later, it makes me wonder why designs haven't been modified more. Not all of them can fall under legacy categories, but little has changed.
