Suspend all judgement, look at situation/incident objectively as it happened and
look at how I feel.
Could I have looked at this situation differently? Could I have reacted differently?
Evaluate if something true, not true or I don't know - you.
Understand "what does this statement mean?" - look broader than initial reaction and feeling.
Engage with mind on an idea that is challenging to me and have a true distinction if whether it is true/not true
