The muscles are attached to bones using tendons.
Ligaments join the bones together
Bone is formed in the womb initially by cartilage.
Ossification is the process of bones forming from cartilage
Bones determine your height and build.
My body is better for physical sports including rugby and boxing,Where as my brother is smaller and he would be better suited for gymnastics and tennis.
Bone protect the body for example the cranium protects the brain.
Red bone marrow produces red blood cells.
There is also yellow bone marrow with can be found in longer bones, but this does not produce anything
Calcium is important for the growth of bones especially in kids and the elderly
Co-ordination is the ability of a player to move two body part smoothly in response to the stimuli from the senses
Agility is the ability of a player to change their body position and speed/pace.
An example of this is a rugby player avoid someone trying to tackle them.
