Actionable - give some clear cause and effect - prevents the fault from being passed around - ppl learn frm their actions
Accessible - Ppl understand reports (lang etc), ppl have access to it (ie. email to all employees), making it part of product development team instead of a diff gig
Audit ability - must be able to verify the data - ideally by hand (to check if algorithms really working) (talking to customers) - recommended that reports not too complex and drawn directly from master source
