When the climate is warmer, the ice cap melt, therefore, there would be more land for the plant to grow.
Lower temperature allows plant to grow as it is closer to the optimum temperature for plant growth

Create more jobs, such as farmer
Decrease in unemployment rate
Increase in income, therefore, people have more money to spend. leading to higher consumption of goods and services, higher purchasing power parity. Hence, allow the money to flow quicker and easier, leading to the development of the economy.
Increase income of locals
Create a new market in North America, as they couldn't farm before
When there's a new market of production, that's would mean there's an increase in the total product being produced. Therefore, there would be an increment of GDP. In which shows that the nation's economy is improving.
When there's more wealth in firms and people, the government will collect more tax. By collecting more tax, the nation's budget would increase. At this point, the government would likely use that money to invest into infrastructure, education, social welfare and etc.

Better education would mean that the working force is more educated and more qualified working force. In which it will produce a more effective working force. Hence, there would be a rise of GDP and employment rate.
Better health care would mean that the life expectancy and the infant mortality rate decrease. In which, increase the age of the working age, hence, there are more labours in the working force of the nation.
