Hopes & Fears
Hopes
For the charity to be able to have residents move back into society on frequent basis, stay in HMO for shortest time possible
-
-
To increase sense of involvement of residents - in charity, in community, across life
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
To be strong as an organisation - financially, staff, service, reputation
-
-
-
-
-
-
Support consistency –what do other organisations do? How do we get more of that spread around – adopt more of what long arms are doing, how can we share what we’re doing or others are to other long arms.
-
Fears
-
Bottleneck if we can’t move anyone one - no incentive to get job, nowhere to transition them through, no chance to save up deposit. Can support to get ready to move on, but it’s a glass ceiling, no after care.
