It wasn't very difficult. I was very receptive to the teacher. She clearly stated guidelines for myself and the other classroom aide.
The experience was mind blowing. I learned quickly, the many things children pick up on developmentally. I also learned about the importance of looking at things through different lenses.

Patience
A normal day began with an introduction from the teacher. Then we would jump right into activities. We would make stations that rotated ever 15 minutes. After 3 rotations, we would go outside to the playground. After the playground, we would come inside and do stations again. After the stations, we would have lunch followed by engaging activities. Next, we'd revisit the playground, or go to the gymnasium. When we returned, we'd have final engaging activity usually motor skill related. Then we would listen to music for the remaining 15 minutes of school. Lastly we would dismiss the students and take them to the bus.
