Group 4 (Lack of transparency (Costumers have no idea what they are paying…

- - - - Set up stricter rules regulating the
        transparency of information given out
        by fitness centre. Imply heavier punishment
        For those who put out fake/misleading information/advertisment.
      - Idiot costumers...Don't u know that advertisements are always exaggerated with fake photos and strange wordings to let u fall into the hole?!
- - - - Heavier punishment (e.g. stoping the centre to run for a period of time if they are found breaking the law)
      - Ok fire the government. They are just useless in regulating gyms
      - People, believe me, u will not get fit after u go to gym simply because u will eat 5kg food back after u lose 1kg:) Congratulations
- - - - Set up a regulation that every new jym
        opened must get a license from the
        government before It is opened
        for public to use
      - Don't go to gym....Just exercise at home
- - - - Set a must-have period in every contract (like 試用期 ) to
        Give a chance for costumers to change their mind.

      - Set up regulations to band contracts with a time slot which is too long (e.g. 5years)
