The employee needs to memories where each employee that they have served are sitting. Once the food is ready the employee remembers the customer order or they look at the table numbers as they all have a number to make sure the customer gets the right order

Hot / cold drinks

Hot

Before the food is brought out, the employee must first give the customers their drinks that they have ordered. if its a hot drink the employee must walk carefully and hot drinks need to have a saucer underneath the cup.

Drinks are given to the wrong table

Drink was too hot and the employee wasn't able to bring it to the customer

Drink has been spilled onto the customer causing the customer to be in pain from the burning sensation.

Cold

For cold drinks, if its a soft drink they are given a glass with ice in it and the bottle of soft drink. if its a milkshake, customers are given a napkin and are provided a straw

Drinks are given to the wrong table

Milkshakes wasn't the right consistency

the employee forgot to provide the customer with a glass and only gave then the soft drink

Delivery

There will be a delivery service where they will advertise the business through delivery sites like Uber Eats

Take away

if the consumer chooses not to eat in the establishment, the business provides boxes that the employee will need to prepare so that they can take the food. like a take-away services. for each order, the ticket needs to be placed into the bag with the product so the employee knows who it belongs to. Also, the customer will be given a number sometimes if it's too busy to make sure the correct consumer gets the product

Too many people want take away and the boxes can easily be misplaced or given to the wrong customer. the employee has to check boxes before given them out to the consumers

customer loses the ticket for their order. the employee will then need to read the consumers order out loud

There's no more boxes to place the customer's orders in and the employee would have to tell the customer that they cant do take away.

Hot/cold food

When entering the business the employees can be busy doing other activities and the customers will find a table to sit at themselves

If its hot food the employee will need to use a rag for hot plate. once the food has been given to the customer the employee they then grab the cutlery and tissue for the customer

there have been accidents were the employee is not watching where they are walking resulting in them dropping the food. customers then have to wait longer whilst the kitchen make their food again.

Hand in food by Accident, there has been mistakes where they have tripped and their finger has touched or gone into their food leading to the kitchen making it again

sometimes they loss track of where they have sat down and give the food to the wrong table

Walk into someone and food have been spills on another customer

Forget to bring out the customers order
