Sound effects
Receiving damage
-
or through audio tool by doing the reverse or the attack sounds and make them more feel solid when getting hit
more likely to do these through a software then recording as i know what type of sound I want to make
Jumping
-
This could also be done through audacity and sound similar to getting it but not to similar to confuse the character
-
-
Enemy noises
enemies when they are encountered the noises they make while being attacked or attacking as well as movements, these can be reused from the main characters animation however edited
I will most likely do this because the walking animations for enemies that walk is limited so i can make the sounds more harsh for the enemies
-
-
Ambient sounds
-
Muttering
whispering or muttering
one way is to record classmates or myself talking then quiet the sound or create a more artificial muttering sound through an audio device
-
Hallowing screams
Recording class mates
-
using audio tool or other software to create a simulated screams though it could be difficult, I have more experience with audio tool
-
Music
Sound track
Background soundtrack
This the track that will be playing through the level which is being made by a friend in the music department who I will be working with to get a backing track that suits the game
Encounter soundtrack
The encounter soundtrack will be for the first of the certain types of enemies you meet as well as the boss encounter
Events soundtrack
These events will be for for example the non interactive sequence or cut scene that will be at the beginning of the game/ level and most likely the end of the level
