Argument
If we do not take actions regarding terrorist attacks, the doom of the country is inevitable.As it has happened in the past, it would definitely happen again in the future.
If we do take actions regarding the terrorist attacks, we could minimize the damage to the country or prevent it altogether.
Based on the reasonings, the best option would be to make efforts solving the issue regarding terrorism in the ocuntry.
