Current Process
Have to take note of products low in stock in the shelfs
Go to backroom to check if there are more stock available
Bring the available stock out from the backroom in a trolley
Fill the Shelf with where stock are running out or have ran out.
Current problems
Sometimes misses to take note of some items on the shelf that are running out
Takes a lot of time to complete for a simple task
The trolley used to bring the stock out of the back room can be used for purposes sometimes.

The customer assistant have to sign into the checkout system.
Check if the system is fully functional before starting the shift.
Check if threes are essentials needed for the shift like spare note and coins.
Current Problems
The Employee often forgets to check if the tills are working properly before the start of the shift.
Sometimes the employees lose their login card.
The devices are slow
