Skin cancer refers to uncontrollable growth of body cells
The damaged cell multiplies and becomes out of control
Types
Malignant
Tumor that has spread, or has the ability to spread
Metastasis
Secondary malignant
Benign
Tumor that isn't considered harmful
Sarcomas
begin in connective tissue & supportive tissue such as bone
Metastasis
Cancers that form in blood forming tissue such as bone marrow. They do not form tumours
