Implementation
6 steps
Step 1
: Assess specific FWAs that are suitable for implementation
Step 2
: Conduct a needs analysis to understand employees’ work-life
needs and identify suitable FWAs
Step 3
: Develop a FWA implementation plan which includes a
communication plan to engage employees
Step 4
: Send at least 1 employee/employer to complete the work-life training
Step 5
: Pilot at least 2 new FWAs
Step 6
: Monitor the FWAs

Developmental Grant: up to $40,000 per company
FWA Incentives: up to $120,000 (disbursed in three tranches over three years
Who is eligible
Developmental Grant
Employers who have just started on their work-life journeys
eg: those implemented minimal FWAs or have not implemented but keen
FWA Incentive
Employers who have implemented some or many FWAs
eg: proportion of their employees already using FWA on regualr basis
