Applying the MS Project through out the shop opening process can be a beficial as it can compile all risks, issues and connect them with a concerning task.

ROLES DEFINITION
Clear roles and responsibilies within the group, everyone knows what's expceted of them
We all would benefit form a clear standard of guidelines and responsibilities. Every department focus on it's part of the process and view it's aspects differently. For example we architects appreciate a clear guidelines which a agreement with the Land Lord give us, but with postponing it signage the DI can reach a better terms.
To spend some time in the department you work close with, to understand duties and responsibilities of your collegue.
To know how other members of the project work, what are they reponsible for.
LEADER
The role of the "Great PM" which would follow the shop opeing process from the beging till the opening and connects all the departments can really help in setting up quick meeting. This role is now being test by Bartosz Wawrzyńczak on the Craiova project, he was the design coordinator while being in Reserved DA and now he is construction coordinator. Having the experience of the design stage, the knowledge of the market and being in constant contact with the party involved he can establish quick meeting when a matter arrises.
All of members should be responsible of the part of the proces, but the leader is needed to keep it all in one hands

Regular meeting of team to present problems which recently occured in our subjects - to make team members aware of the possible difficulties
Meetings not too often as t takes time and having in mind it is not the only project to do.. Emails to each one in stead
Idea na temat cyklicznych spotkań jest nie realna, mając 8 projektów na raz musiałabym spędzić conajmniej 1 dzień w tygodniu na spotkaniach i rozmawiać na temat projektów, to jest nie możliwe. Kontakt owszem powinien być ale nie w formie systematycznych spotkań.
meetings for all group members not to often, just to let people know each other. It's easier to go to someone desk and solve the problem with group members who's decisions are nessecary
