2)process:
wasted time before a project starts(aprroval and budgeting process),underscoping the project,ineffective planning,insufficient risk management,contractor failure,shortchanged quality assurance.
3)product:
requirements gold-platting,developer gold-platting(new features/technology whether or not they are required in project),attempting to exceed engineering limits in more than two areas at a time,scope creep,Push-me, Pull-me Negotiation.
4)technology:
silver bullet syndrome,switching tools in middle of project.
