My Prepa Tec PERMA Activities
Accomplishments: In sports I only took Voleibol in first and second semester without entering representative teams
Relationships: I made more friends during that time of the semester.
Meaning: It gave more meaning to me in the Tec. I found another purpose to hold to.
Engagement: I gave all of my energy to play the best I could, I was in Voleibol before, but it still was hard to me.
Positive emotions: I really liked the sport and the teacher but I found it difficult to stay in representative teams.
Meaning:The meaning of that was just for a project in fifth semester we were asked.
Relationships. In my team was a lot of my friends so I was in a good mood with them all the time.
Positive Emotions: In the optative projects we made our Social Service in an orphan house for girls in Cortazar, where we used to go every saturday to help the people in charge of taking care of the children.
Accomplishments: We finished all of the tasks we wre given by the personal, like cutting gras or painting halls.
Engagement: I give the project all of my effort so it can go on.
Accomplishments: I had a lot of cultural activities in the Prepa. I made more than four paintings for the Cultural Party and in one semester I took theater classes and did the "Les Miserables" play for final project.
Relationship: I made a good relationship with the other students and teacher
Engagements: I had to make a promise to do my best, and sometimes the paintings will make me feel stressful, but I ended up doing fine..
Meaning: It meant to mea lot. I found something I was good at and it made me feel happy for it.
Positive Emotions: Another thing that made me feel distracted of the Prepa Tec. I accomplished a lot of things here.
I wasn´t involved in any kind of international plans during the Prepa, I just planned to go to Italy but in the end I coulndn´t go.
Social Leadership and Action
Meaning: I took with other teammates our Social Service first in a hospital, but they rejected us almost inmediatly, Then we got something else in an orphanage for girls in Cortazar. There we made improvements to the facilities.
Relationships: We made a bond between us the students and the people of the orphanage, were both of us taugh something to the other.
Positive Emotions: The emotions I found during that project were happiness and a lot of empathy towards the other.
Engagement: I made myself attached to the project for good reasons because I wanted it to end perfectly.
Accomplishments: We really accomplish what we wanted to do. I liked the final result of the project, and we made a friendship with some of the people we were working with.
Meaning: In the first semester I got to the students group of Insert Coin, but then I go to C-Tec, that it´s objectives are to give an ecologist message. I like more this students group than the last one.
Engagement: I found in the students gropus more things to focus aside school.
Relationships: All of the students that were with me in the students gropu are now my friends, thanks to the projects we made together.
Acomplishments: We made projects that were a complete success for us, hepling other people in the process.
Positive Emotions: Most of the time I was optimistic with my classmates.
