- - - - Scheduling is done by employee speaking to the customers to get what time will be suitable for them to play. The employee will then look at the computer system and decide on what two teams will play each other. The Employee will need to look through the team profile on the system and check if both teams have played before and the time each team are available to play. The Employee will then decide the time and date for both teams to play and then click on the system's calendar and allocate the date and time for the team to play on.

    - - Updating results normally involve the employee collecting the score sheet given by the ref and then looking at it and inputting the scores on a computer system, clicking on the name of each team and entering the total amount of goals scored. The scores are then saved by clicking the saved button and the system automatically assigns three points for the team which has scored the most goals or it assigns a point each if the scores are the same.
