Why dancing is a good form for exercise
I am a dancer
I have danced for a long time
I know what I am talking about
I dance 7 and a half hour a week
plus sometimes we have workshops in the weekends
plus i do improv and I practise at home
In dance you have fun as well as you are exercising
stretching
When you dance you stretch a lot.
This is good because stretching prevents injury and muscle soreness
You can decide how hard you want it
You can do it everywhere
You dont need any special equipment
In dance you focus on all the different musclegroups
there are many different styles of dance for example
pilates/yoga
hip hop
ballet
jazz
modern
Stamina
mental challenge
balance
you feel satisfied when you learn something hard and manage to to it
