QUESTIONS
Confusing
Analytical listening: I am still confused about the concept of analytical listening. The basic idea was simple but the definitions and information were misleading to me, and there was not any experiential examples.
Curiosity

Surprising

EXAMPLES
TEXT
Paraphrasing: (To a direction giver) "You're telling me to drive down to the traffic light by the high school and turn toward the mountains, is that it?"
Unexpressed thoughts or feelings:"Check out this news story, that's my little sister" => "I'm proud of what she did".
Personal Experience
Misconception-The same message: Often from class, the instructor gives us an explanation for assignments. One time, I listened to him with a completely different idea from others' perceptions. As a result, I got the wrong outcome compared to others.
Unexpressed Thoughts or feelings: One time, my friend asked for my opinion about his girlfriend did not give attention to him. Then, I said "Probably she just had a hard time, don't blame her" => "You should give her more attention from your side, rather than blame her" as I thought.
