Work - Theatre requires rehearsals for the back stage crew, the actors, and managers (4-6 weeks). It can take up to a few years to write plan and make a play. There is a great deal of writing, researching, planning, casting, designing, and creating a production team. They are mostly working back stage making sure everything runs smoothly. Designing - creates the visuals of what you experience in a show including scenery, costumes, make-up, lighting, sound, programs, advertising, and location
Building - the designers' vision output through carpenters, costumers, wig-makers, electricians, make-up artists, recording, sound engineering, painters, etc.
Acting - the most visible and famous of the work in which they play the characters, and carry out the parts.
Crewing - electricians who rehearse timing, light and sound cues, shifting scenery, changing costumes, laundering, Returning property,
Directing - developing the artistic product with a vision, combining all the parts into one, and supervising rehearsals

Production - runs financing, supervising production, promotional efforts; fielding legal matters; and distributing receipts
House Managing - Responsible for admission, seating, and providing hospitality to the audience.
Playwriting - this is the act of actually writing the play and being inspired by the author's surroundings
