        You have just survived a shipwreck somewhere in the south pacific. <break time=".1s" /> Thanks to a large piece of wood <break time=".1s" /> you were able to stay afloat long enough to escape the shark-infested waters and somehow swim ashore on a small island. <break time=".1s" /> Besides the clothes on your back you managed to salvage a few select items. <break time=".2s" /> They include, a small pocket knife <break time=".2s" /> a couple of flares <break time=".2s" /> and a pair of binoculars. <break time=".2s" />
        Cold and dazed, you scramble onto the beach and flop to the ground in sheer exhaustion.

Suddenly... a spec in the distance appears. do your eyes deceive you? Quickly grabbing the binoculars, you peer out over the sea. <break time=".1s" /> You were right...it's a ship! <break time=".1s" /> Even better...it's heading your way! <break time=".1s" /> Quickly, you decide that your two best options are to either signal the ship with one of your flares <break time=".1s" /> or to try and start a fire and use a smoke signal to hail the ship. <break time=".1s" /> What do you do next? <break time=".1s" /> Say, 'Flare', or 'Make Fire', now.

Here's another 'True or Not' tale. <break time=".1s" /> Driving home one night, a woman gets in a car accident in sub-zero temperatures. <break time=".2s" /> Rendering the car inoperable, she decides to walk to a friend's house 2 miles away. <break time=".2s" /> Finally reaching her destination some time later, she succumbs to the brutal elements and collapses to the snow-covered ground just 15 feet away from the door,. <break time=".2s" /> There she would stay completely unnoticed for six long and cold hours during a night in which temperatures dropped to −22 °F (or −30 °C). <break time=".2s" /> The next morning, the woman was found by passers-by "frozen" solid. <break time=".2s" /> Quickly transported to a nearby hospital, doctors said the woman's skin was too hard to pierce with a hypodermic needle and her body temperature was too low to even register on a thermometer. <break time=".2s" /> Her face was ashen and her eyes were solid with no response to light. <break time=".2s" /> Her pulse had slowed to approximately 12 beats per minute. <break time=".2s" /> Her family gathered in prayer, hoping for a miracle. <break time=".2s" /> Then, 2 hours later, while wrapped in an electric blanket, the woman went into violent convulsions and shockingly regained consciousness. <break time=".2s" /> To everyone's sheer disbelief, she was perfectly fine, mentally and physically...albeit a bit confused. <break time=".2s" /> To the doctor's amazement, the frostbite began slowly disappearing from her legs. <break time=".2s" /> After 49 days, she left the hospital without even losing a finger and with no permanent damage to the brain or body. <break time=".3s" /> Is this story 'True' or 'Not True'?

Among them: <break time=".1s" /> a peace sign necklace, <break time=".1s" /> a 'Robert Kennedy '68' campaign Button, <break time=".1s" /> and an old dusty record album of the Beatles. <break time=".1s" /> And, they're telling me there was also a note. <break time=".2s" />To summarize, it said 'To the Fun Hub members of 2018, we, the Fun Hub members of 1968 leave to you this reminder of what the world was like long before you were born. <break time=".1s" /> It continued. <break time=".1s" />1968 was a year of triumphs and tragedies. While America reached new heights by introducing the first seven forty seven plane and orbiting the moon, all was not well back down here on Earth. <break time=".1s" /> The United States continued to wage a controversial war in Vietnam, and two of the World's biggest proponents of peace -- the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and Presidential Hopeful Robert F.
