Types of Government
Fascism
A single person or party rules, and while the people have no rights or freedoms, private property and classes exist. Based around extreme nationalism and control.

Monarchy
A hereditary form of government in which a king or queen or some other royal figure rules. The monarch is the government and makes the laws.

Theocracy
a religious or religion based rule. laws often come from a religious book and can be considered outdated

Anarchy
A state in which there is no government or form of order. Generally short term and creates chaos, as people are left without any sets of laws besides their own personal morality and belief system.

one person or party exhibits complete control, and people have no rights or freedoms. social classes and private property still exist. centered largely around extreme nationalism and very against the arts

Totalitarianism
A single person or party holds all power and exhibits total control. Citizens are denied rights and freedoms, and are unable to participate in government affairs.

Democracy
The people are able to vote in order to influence the government and the laws that affect them and their country. People typically have certain levels of rights, freedoms, and liberties that give them a voice in the workings of the government.
