Types of Government
Democracy

Derives from the Greek word "demos" which translates to; "people" and "Kratos" meaning "power". The definition of "Democracy" means "Rule by the people". People are granted liberty, freedom, voting rights, and expression.

Con: People may not be fully informed about individuals in elections and may focus on there own needs rather than the overall needs of their nation
Monarchy
Pro: No said political parties are formed and law making is based directly off of the needs of the people

The government in rule by a monarch, usually a king or queen. Power is passed on through the royal bloodline. You are not elected to power but born into power.
Totalitarianism
Pro: With the use of propaganda, less rebellions form

Con: The government is easily corruptible, having no checks and balances in place
Government is in rule by a single person or party with total control. The people have no freedoms or rights. An example of totalitarianism is an individual or group dictatorship holding forms of fascism or communism.
Fascism

Pro: Large-scale nationalism and control, less interference amongst the government

One person or party is in rule. The people have no rights or freedoms, though do have accessibility to private property and social classes. Art and expression are limited as the state controls the media through the use of propaganda.
Communism

Con: Shortage of basic needs for the people because of prices and wages established by the government

Con: Easily corruptible government, being in control of the distribution of resources and money
One person or party is in the rule; the intentions of communism are to form a classless, equal society, all property is publicly owned by the government. The system originated from Karl Marx.
Aristocracy
Pro: Power is distributed to people who know what they're talking about and have had political experience that other citizens may not have had

Pro: Less numbers improves the efficiency of the government, reducing arguments and political separation.

A government ruled by the wealthy individuals or the upper class. No representation of the lower classes, only wealthy individuals or entities' interests are in mind.

Government is ruled based off of a religious belief often having their own religious text with laws. Laws are considered old-fashioned. An example of this would be the Iranian government with Suria law.
Anarchy

Con: No order is established, no form of production or law is formed

Con: Every man is for himself, you must now produce your own means of food, clothing, shelter, similar to how animals operate in the wild
A government that is the absence of a government. No order has been established. There is usually chaos until an order has been established.
