-
Vertical Optimisation
A cloud computing environment that is optimized for use in a particular industry, such as health care or financial services.
Elasticity
The ability to dynamically provision and de-provision processing, memory, and storage resources to meet demands of peak usage without worrying about capacity planning and engineering for peak usage.
Availability
QoS
A set of technologies for managing network traffic in a cost effective manner to enhance user experiences for home and enterprise environments.

-
Interoperability
A property of a product or system, whose interfaces are completely understood, to work with other products or systems, present or future, without any restricted access or implementation.

Storage
A service that allows customers to save data by transferring it over the Internet or another network to an offsite storage system maintained by a third party.
Multi-tenancy
customer is called a tenant. Tenants may be given the ability to customize some parts of the application, such as color of the user interface (UI) or business rules, but they cannot customize the application's code.
Cloud Bursting
A configuration established between a private cloud and a public cloud to manage the peaks of IT request. If an organization using a deprived reached cloud 100 % of the capacity of its resources, the trafficis managed towards a public cloud to avoid any interruption of the services
Cloud Actors

Carrier
An intermediary that provides connectivity and transport of cloud services from Cloud Providers to Cloud Consumers. They provide access to consumers through network, telecommunication and other access devices.
Cloud Deployment models

Private Cloud is exploited by a single company and spread within it. If Cloud is accommodated by a person receiving benefits, he will be accessible only via reassured networks (VPN) to the users who will have access there.
Community
A cloud service model that provides a cloud computing solution to a limited number of individuals or organizations that is governed, managed and secured commonly by all the participating organizations or a third party managed service provider.
Public
