Promoting equality and diversity
Care workers should always use non-discriminatory language

If an individual may be at risk could be that they are getting threatened
Private information should be locked away in filling cabinets or computers should be password protected
Being a reflective practitioner

Identifying what might be done better next time

Why is it important to carry out the values of care?

Empower people

To help people feel safe
Promoting individuals' rights and beliefs
