"Mean Bean Challenge"
For 1 in 9 people in the world, hunger is a daily reality. It can be really hard to imagine what that is like and how it affects normal life.
Take on the Mean Bean challenge to discover what it feels like to have a basic diet of just rice and beans,
with a few hunger-pangs thrown in, and get sponsored to do it at the same time to help people who are
living in poverty. And why not ask a few friends to do it with you?
It's a tough challenge and so its great to have some moral support!
The full challenge lasts 5 days and it tough, but very worthwhile! You will understand the issue of hunger
in a fresh, and real way. There is also a 24hour challenge, that is a bit more manageable and may be more suitable, depending on your day-to-day activity

"£5 Challenge to feed a family for a month"
So, the question is, how could you make £5? Or better still, how could you keep on making £5s?
Take on the £5 challenge and see how you can raise money to feed hungry kids around the world. It
could be an event with £5 tickets; you could create a product or experience which donates £5 with
every sale; it could be a personal challenge for friends and family to consider giving. Get thinking, be
creative, and see if you can create £5 over and over again!
