        Create traceable links for all products
        
        Assist YFP Director with Social Media efforts (generate content,, schedule)
        
        Utilize Hootsuite to schedule posts across our Big 3 Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
      - Web
        
        Update Website: Events, Slider, and Products
        
        Track sales
        
        Track conversion data with Google Analytics across all channels including: Social Media, Website Traffic, & Organic Traffic. - Marketing Coordinator saves weekly reports to marketing drive under marketing meeting notes > stats
      - Member Emails - 1st of the month - email to all members
        15th of the month - email to all members expiring at the end of the month
        HTMLs - dedicated email blasts for various AFF initiatives
        dedicated email blasts from partners/sponsors to the AFF lists
  - - - Add event to Website (Marketing Coordinator) - event page, slider, product/RSVP form - event upkeep (slider down when event wraps, submission or RSVP forms taken off, etc)
        Ensure interns add event to other event hosting sites: Austin360, CultureMap, Do512, etc. (Marketing Team & Event Coordinator)
      - Ensure intern sign up sheet is posted in kitchen - Event Coordinator
      - Social Media Promotion Leading Up To Events
        Including Facebook event creation - Marketing Coordinator
      - If event has a budget Facebook Ads will be utilized.
      - Manage Events: Distribute Marketing Materials, Sales, Distribute Surveys
      - Drive Membership at Events
      - Input Survey Data and complete report, submit to film and/or conference dept
