Group 1
Offer education programs to educate students about the impact of bullying in order to foster students’ empathy
Group 2
zero tolerance policy, have clear consequences for bullying with consistency
First, try to have a deeper understanding of the situation through conversation with both parties.
If the situation isn't solved, we will escalate and report it to the police.
Group 3
Positive activity
such as talks and mentorship programmes , so as to educate both teachers and students.
split students into monitoring groups (e.g. one teacher would monitor 5 students). The teachers who are responsible for this would need to attend basic psychology knowledge( so they can spot out students who are being bullied,hopefully)
Implement policy :
creating safe space for student to support them , offer consiling and support goods for students to make it easy for students to report without fear of retaliation
invite speakers(police officers) to give topic speeches to enforce students' awareness towards bullying
Adding: increase the compassion of students, students will not bully others
Students can learn some self-defence skills to protect themselves
Hire a driver to drive school bus to avoid students from being bullied on their way home
Clear anti-bully policies
Work shop
Big sister and brother program
Teachers and students communication
Can educate students who joined the program able to help others
Some places near the school teacher will monitor student 's behaviour
The bullies could learn self defense techniques too
