Animals

I would have a animal shelter where you could adopt cats, dogs and other small pet like animals.

Education
There would be no school and children would go to library's and use technology to figure out the things they needed to know.
There would also be an education program that kids would be able to attend willingly if they wanted to.
In the education program they would be able to to bring there own food into classes and would be aloud to leave and enter whenever they would like
Landscapes

The ocean would be clear and only sand with no stones but there would be little shells and clams here and there, with harmless fish that you could admire from underwater
There is going to be a couple of hills and a forest or two where you could go camp and there will be nothing to harm you.
Entertainment
There would be a huge auditorium where many performances would be held, with plenty of drinks and snacks
There would be a huge aquarium where people would be able to view exotic creatures from the deep sea
There would also be a gaming caffe where all gamers could meet up have a drink and small snack and play video games together
