Project Management is about getting things done, it’s about knowing exactly what you want to achieve, how you are going to achieve it and how long it will take. It is also making sure everyone involved shares and understands the ideas
It is a masterpiece of planning, organization, communication and management
The project manager is the person who is assigned by the performing organization to lead the team. The project manager is responsible for achieving the project objectives
The project manager should possess knowledge which is what the project manager knows about the project management, performance so what the project manager is able to do or accomplish with his knowledge and lastly personal which is how the project manager behaves when performing the project or related activity.

Plan and organize the work, manage the day to day activities of a project, identify potential stake holders and deliver the project deliverables to the client
At its best project management is virtually invisible, it is the absence of problems and the prevention of failure
Project management is defined by the application of knowledge skills, tools and techniques to project activities to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria. All must be expertly managed to deliver the on-time and on- budget result.
A project is the organised production of any predefined piece of work. A project is self contained, with a defined start and finish. The start of the project is the evaluation of the piece of work compared with requirements

:check: A team of people is brought together temporality from different areas to work on the project. When the project is finished, the team will be disbanded.
Triple Scope
Some managers focus on scope, time and cost constraints. I create a successful project, a project manager must balance these 3 often competing goals, however some project managers also include quality constraints.
Scope includes what work will be done as part of the project? And what unique result does the customer expect from the project?
Included in the time is how long it should take to complete the project and what is the project schedule?
And lastly cost, so what should it take to complete the project? What is the projects budget? And what resources are needed?
