How these things are dangerous
Space in General
It might be hard to believe this but absolutely EVERYWHERE in space is dangerous. Even breathing in space is deadly. You might think there is the tiniest amount of air in space from all the videos you've seen floating all over the internet. Best not to try it out. A single breath in space and send little parts of rock through your nose and shredding through your lungs instantly killing you.Sounds brutal but it's true.
Putting everything together
Back again with the chemical reactions. How would you know that two elements can make something deadly at first glance?
Tech
Advanced tech isn't always a good thing. In some cases it can even be dangerous.
Fragile
Usually tech these days is very fragile. A little drop of water can ruin your phone completely. Let's hope that all the elements we bring doesn't break down our rocket to leave us stranded in space forever.
Malfunctions
Back to the "Stranded-in-space-forever" idea. Instead of a little break down what about the rocket launches us really far into space? I know we can probably turn it around considering we have people in there that were trained for years to control this rocket, but what if they have never experienced this problem?
Collecting everything we need
Different conditions sometimes means we need different things in order to do it. What if the conditions of the star we are building our planet around, the environment of our planet, etc.
So what if in one situation we need material that's deadly or toxic to humans?
