Be able to do 70 pushups in one set until the end of 2018
Start becoming a runner.
Gain 5-6KGs of muscle and lose 4KGs of fat
Accountability
Business: with Matt and Justin weekly and Foundr Club, Daniel and Neil for questions
Overall reflection of the week and happiness levels with Matt and Dinah
Accountable with myself using my journal. BestSelf journal for 90 days. Bullet Journal Later
30-60-90 Days Challenges with other people. Might expand this.
Starting from 900m each time, I will increase the distance of my soft jogging by 10m each time. That would be minimum 30m in a single week or 50m in a single week. Minimum 120m/per month, maximum 200m/per month. Of course I will reflect on that multiple times during the year and adjust accordingly.
Read as much non-fiction as I want. Make my habit of reading non-fiction before sleeping stronger.
Specific blogs around personal and business growth mainly. Other topics that would take the least of my time so that I can focus on personal and business growth would be: Cryptocurrencies and blockchain, AR, AI, what happens online and generally understanding consumer behavior(e.g. top app downloads at the appstore) and where we are heading as society (future related subjects). I need to make this super clear (information diet)
I will eat better than now. I want to be more conscious about it now, but I will start focusing more on it in February-March.
Read for 20-60 minutes during in my morning routine
Study and create video animation summaries for minimum 24 non fiction books. 2 a month on average. This is something that I want to create a situation where I 'm able to do it 2x, or even 4x that in the future. Also create a process (SOP) on how this can be done very effectively and in the most productive way (Try to find out how Blinkist, Mentorbox, Brian Johnson and James Clear are doing that).
I want to experiment with different nutrition programs like: meat eater, vegeterian + fish, vegeterian, vegan, keto(maybe I can use Keto for a few weeks per year just to get the benefits of it). Now I 'm leaning towards low carb diet as vegeterian + fish, and meat once a month. That could be a transitional step towards something else. Find out what works the best for me ideally until the end of 2018.
I will experiment with fasting. Fasting for a single day once a week, or for 2-5 days once a month sounds like what I 'm going after.. Find out what works the best for me. Also
Pushup challenge twice a month.
Pushups at least 3 times a week. WC workout 😃
Never have a week that I don't exercise at least 3x and run minimum 900m(+10m) each time.
For now I will increase the amount of fruits, vegetables and nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) that I currently eat. I want to eat at least some from all 3 categories on a daily basis.
Sleeping
Get my 7-8 hours of sleep every night by sleeping early.
Wake up without an alarm between 5AM and 7AM.
Aim for already being asleep at 10PM, reading from 9:30
Master power naps.
Dinner eaten not later than 7PM, and tea during 8-9PM.
Enjoy my big 1 month trip
Learn how to be efficient and productive while traveling.
Have my eyes open for short 2-3-4 days trips maybe even on a monthly basis, or longer 5-10 days trips as rewards for my goals for 60-90 days periods.
Reflect on a daily(5-10'), weekly (20-45') and monthly(90-150') basis
Attend at least 1 meetup/a week (if there is something interesting)
Network with people on FB, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn, Medium, e-mails on a daily basis. Respond to every single one person that comes to my world, and interact with people that are like minded. Start conversations and deepen relationships by adding value and giving. From followers of like minded people till Influencers/authors/scientists etc. etc. After responding to everyone that comes to my world and trying to deepen the relationship (depth vs width), I start conversations with at least 10 new like minded people a day.
Do something fun with friends and friends of friends at least 3x a week. Aiming for only 1 late night if necessary, max 2. Definitely not 2 in a row, and definitely no late nights on mondays and wednesdays (workout the next day). We gotta sacrifice some stuff Jacob.
