- - - - Don't say that. Your English proficiency makes me seem tame by comparison. I have really done a lot of preparation.
      - I strove to enhance my English capability to make me equipped for this work. I took online English courses called VoiceTube Hero. And, because I have very little chance to converse in English with a person face-to-face, I spent a lot of time practicing what I would like to say today. After all, practice makes perfect or at least leads to improvement.
      - In fact, I consider myself lucky that I have many tools to use. The content of my cover letter, resume, and even today's speech relies heavily on the assist of Google. I did web searches to see how others used the words and decided how to express myself.
    - - After looking at the job description, I found that this job requires not only the ability to troubleshoot problems but also customer service skills. Now I've had some similar experiences in the past, so I think I can meet the demands of the job. That's why I'd love to have the opportunity to work as an Field Service Engineer here because it will put all of my skills to good use. I believe I will learn fast, be able to work well with coworkers and then consolidate your field service team. In fact, I'd love to go to work as soon as possible, if that's alright.
      - I believe it won't take too much time for me to get into the swing of things as long as I work hard enough. In my experience, many people said that I can understand and elaborate their issues sharply. Moreover, they all thought I'm responsible, and they were grateful for that. I expect my skill lies in a wealth of expertise and the ability to communicate quite complex ideas very simply. Most importantly, I'm going to make a personal promise to you to study hard and work hard. I will deliver the goods and not let you down.
    - - If the goal is not clear enough, I may feel at a loss. For example, since I was a freshman in college, I had been trying to figure out what kind of job I was going to do in the future, and I spent a lot of time worrying about it. But later on, I finally found out that many of our imagination is just impractical unless we are deeply involved.
      - Besides, I like to make sure that my work is good enough, so I tend to spend a little too much time perhaps checking it. It is still an effort for me to know when to move on to the next task, but I've come to a good balance by specifying a buffer period in advance, and I almost never missed a deadline. Relatively, sometimes I notice more particularities or details than others instead, and now I have learned to work more efficiently and be more confident in my decisions.
    - - I am patient and responsible, and I can usually keep things in perspective. For example, I could spend more than two years revitalizing the AnyBeat Percussion Club, and I was willing to spend more time explaining how to use the product when I was dealing with customers in my last job.
      - Besides, I don’t shy away from a challenge and can seize opportunities. For instance, about a month ago, I ended up singing in front of my idol, Jam Hsiao, at a celebration activity of a mobile game. I believe this positive attitude would set me up for success at your company.
  - - - I would remind them of our ultimate goals and the accomplishment we will achieve, and then I would praise them and told them what they're doing is excellent and necessary for success.
    - - I enjoy teamwork and the feeling of achieving a shared goal with others. I think it is crucial to divide the work ahead of time, and I think setting aside some time for everyone to ask what kind of help they need is also of great importance because doing so can ensure that all the difficulties encountered can be appropriately handled.
    - - One day at my last position as a learning planner, I came to a customer's house and was concerned about the learning situation of the student. Unexpectedly, the mother told me outside the door that her son just attempted to jump out of the window, and he would do so if she kept scolding him. There was a lot of tension between them.
      - Fortunately, I was able to diffuse the stress. I actively listened to them individually and told them that they should listen to each other more carefully if they don't want their relationship to become worse. Afterwards, they both burst into tears. That sudden situation really freaked me out, but I think I handled it not bad at that time.
    - - When I first began my job as an education consultant, I struggled to send leaflets to students and ask them to fill the questionnaires because more than 90% of the people would keep themselves far away from you or treat you like you didn't exist even though you had made several attempts to greet them warmly. That really made me feel frustrated. Later on, although I became a little braver to meet strangers, I was still far from my sales target.
      - In all fairness, this was a common situation for all the new employees like me because the supervisors were overwhelmed and had no time to train us. Further, no one has got promoted for more than a year in the whole company, and this was because it had changed the payroll system in March last year, and the supervisors must run their business harder to maintain their previous salary levels. Given this situation, I thought the new position of learning planner would suit me better, so I sought an internal transfer.
  - - - Problems may arise all of a sudden, so it would be better if we are well-prepared. I am likely to have not enough skill to solve those problems you encountered, but I am eager to learn while doing the tasks, and I would try my best to come up with several means to tackle issues of the moment or achieve the end goal. Perhaps I am not sure which strategy would work best, but I will pick what I think is the best solution at the moment and give it a try. Or, I would let coworkers choose one of them to carry out. Especially in teamwork, I tend to consider everyone's opinions and then ponder my next move because I feel it would help to keep things in perspective.
      - When I was a learning planner, there were so many students needed our concern. I knew Excel is a helpful software to organize data, but I didn't honestly know how to use it to improve my efficiency at the beginning. Then, I started searching for learning materials on the Internet and asking coworkers if there were any available files related to my tasks. In fact, that is my usual way to mitigate challenges. Later, I learned how to sort and filter data and how to use color to classify my contact records to distinguish their priorities and characteristics.
    - - My major means of analysis is to figure out the factors or causes contributing to the unwanted situation. Take how I ran the club, for example, judging from the number of members as always, we were a tiny club, and this situation was highly probable to continue.
      - Thus, I thought the only hope to let us survive for more several years was to make the organization running as easily as possible. So I started creating new songs which were easy to learn and play for future performing occasions, accumulating the club fund, and making the organization regulation more flexible to execute.
    - - The challenge lies in the ability to react on the spot. More specifically, because some of the costumers would care about the free return within seven days, I must know how to give those parents confidence towards the product without delay and professionally tell them that their children will get better grades as long as they make good use of the product according to my advice.
      - Speaking of which, I know I will have to learn a whole new set of knowledge, but I will devote time to studying training materials that walk me through the differences between the fields, and I will ask questions actively while doing tasks.
