Congrats! Although it can feel daunting, being in training stress is when we grow the most. Keep up the good work - your best self will thank you. If you need to recover, consider ways you can turn a stressful situation into a positive opportunity. Say continue to continue reflecting on your emotions.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and pause for a moment. Think about why you are feeling this emotion. Sometimes it helps to think out loud.
