DP - 2 (BROAD)
Perils insured against: DP -1 perils; EC perils; VMM ; Burglar Damage; Falling Objects; Weight of Snow or Ice; Accidental Discharge; Accidental Cracking, Tearing, and Burning; Artifical Electric Current

Dwelling Coverages
Cov. A "Dwellings"
Dwellings include buildings meant for residential purposes and attached structures. Equipment used to service the location. No land coverage.

Cov. C Personal Property
Covers household and personal stuff owned by the insured or family members while onsite but not tenant personal property. Items are covered in the process of moving in less than 30 days.
Property not covered: accounts, bank notes, currency; animals; air/watercraft; motor vehicles; data; computers; bank cards; paper records.

Cov. D Fair Rental Value
Pays for fair rental costs if rental unit is unfit for normal use for the shortest time needed but only 2 weeks if it is a civil authority prevention. Lease cancellation is not covered.
Limit is up to %20 of Cov. A and is automatically added in all dwelling forms. In DP - 2 and 3 it is additional insurance.

*Other Coverages*
Debris Removal
Pays for removal costs if the property is damaged by insured peril and is also included in the limit of insurance that applies.
Improvements, Alterations, Additions
If the insured is a tenant, s/he can use up to %10 of Cov. C for a loss on improvements etc. made at his/her expense. This is additional insurance for Dp - 2 and 3
World-Wide Cov.
Pay up to %10 of Cov. C for property loss anywhere in the world. Does not apply to guests or servants and is included in Cov. C limit of liability.
Reasonable Repairs
Coverage is available for any expense to take necessary measures to further protect already damaged property.
Property Removed
Under DP - 1 a direct loss is covered for 5 days if the property is being removed for protection. It is 30 days for DP - 2 and 3. Does not increase the limit of insurance.
Trees, Shrub, and Other Plants
DP - 2 and 3 forms offer protection for foliage but not DP - 1 although damage from wind; hail; the weight of snow, ice or sleet; and loss of theft are not covered at all. The limit is up to %5 of Cov. A with a max of $500 for any one plant. This is additional coverage.

Collapse
Coverage if a collapse happens in a building that cannot be occupied. For DP - 2 and 3 the cause must be some of the Cov. C perils or decay; insect damage; during remodeling or construction. Coverage does not increase the limit of insurance and is NOT provided in DP - 1.

Ordinance or Law
(Only DP - 2 and 3) If insured is a tenant up to %10 of the limit of Cov. A can be used and up to %10 of the limit of insurance can apply to improvements etc. when the law requires a building/structure to be redone. Some or all of limit of insurance can be used for debris removal. This is additional insurance.
