Albany sees who life for who she really is, as Cordelia did, before she was banished
Albany differs from the sisters, as he actually cares about others

But oh, poor Gloucester - lost he his other eye? - Albany
Scene 3

Cordelia's entire identity has changed, in all the time she has been gone
Kent refers to Cordelia as the sister of witches, demonstrating how different she is from them
Well, sir, the poor distressed Lear i' th' town - Kent

We see Cordelia for the first time since she left, in Act 1, Scene 1

She still cares about her father, despite how poorly he treated her
My mourning ambition doth our arms incite, but love - dear love - and our aged father's right - Cordelia

He does not reveal whom he truly is, until the next scene, so carries on deceiving his father
Lear still refers to himself as King, despite the fact that he is no-longer in charge of the Kingdom

Cordelia kisses Lear " Thy medicine on my lips"Which could be a fairy tale reference to snow white or the idea of Lear beinbg a frog turned back into a prince

Cordelia states " is he arrayed?" which shows metaphorically she wants to see him as King and his clothing represents that(metonym)
Lear state he feels upon "a wheel of fire, that mine own tears do scold like molten lead"
Cordelia "(Kneels) in front of Lear in a sign of asking for forgiveness, but then Lear then kneels in front of her, this is a turning point in their relationship
