- - - - Preparation
        
        Before starting the project, the administrative agreements, a contract agreed by the partners to facilitate development and future exploitation of its results, the rights and duties of each partner, haring tasks and responsibilities; budget for each partner; assignment of project team by all project partners will be defined and shared.
        A WhatsApp group will be created for quick communication by the applicant, project team of all partners will be added.
        A list of the local relevant institutions, which will be involved in the project as stakeholders will be prepared and shared.
        Each of the partners must define the internal organisation and project team: detailing their specific roles and tasks.
        In order to monitor the project spending over the project implementation, a breakdown of the budget will be done for each of the partners, corresponding to the various implementation stages of the project.
        Prior to the first transnational meeting, the project leader will organise a Skype meeting where the project team will discuss more in depth the roles of each staff member, deadlines for the upcoming tasks, dates for the transnational meetings.
