Element 2: Was D's act undertaken for the purpose of causing P emotional distress so severe that it could be expected to affect his/her physical health?
Recklessness: If conduct is intentionally reckless with a high probability of causing severe emotional distress, it is sufficient to fulfill intent (Littlefield).
Intent element, have to prove that it was intentional, why would D do this?
