To receive the statutory number of holidays.
Not to be discriminated.
To be provided with a safe and healthy workplace.
To receive a fair wage.
Responsibilities
To work to their best ability.
To honour any company rules or regulations.
Not to reveal and company secrets.
To respect the property of the business.
To implement company policy at all times.

To expect a fair days work from their employees.
To organise the business in any manner.
To decide the objective of the business.
To set the conditions of employment.
To dismiss an employee who has not honoured the terms of employment.
